PowerGen's Project Phases

PowerGen work in all five phases of an asset's life cycle. Each phase corresponds to a client's decision gate for project sanction. This phased project approach is underpinned by the requirements to optimize the level of Front End Loading (FEL) and therefore maximizes project value.
