  Norman Davis has a Bachelor of Science Degree (Mechanical Engineering) from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad, he also has a MBA in Marketing from Nova South Eastern, Miami, Florida. Norman has over 25 years of experience and expertise in the Bauxite Alumina and Mining industries, performing in a variety of roles in procurement,engineering, management, and marketing.
  
  During his tenure he has worked globally with Alcan Aluminum Limited, Glencore, ReadiMix Concrete and CEMEX and maintains a track record of success in the areas of Strategic Planning,Maintenance, Operation,Project Management,Mining and Energy,Engineering,Commercial Services,Port Operations,sales & Marketing




• Calbert Hanson, BSc Mech, MBA Engineering Consultant

  Mr. Hanson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Mechanical Engineering) from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad, he also has an Executive MBA from Florida International University, Miami, Florida, focused in design, construction and reliability maintenance engineering; interfacing with customers, contractors, suppliers and their employees, as a project engineer at Jamalco.
  
  Major responsibilities ranges from project management (design, construction & commission and maintenance) to Operations management and Lime Production.




• Kevin Whyte, Bachelor Of Engineering(Elect) Electrical Design Engineer

  Elecrical design engineer for WorleyParsons Jamaica Ltd. His duties include the use of Project Management procedures, controlling AutoCAD designs and ensuring quality procedures are carried out correctly for all projects.
  
  His areas of experience include:
  
  
  • - Medium and High Voltage equipment
  • - Telecommunication, instrumentation, Fire alarm system and access control.
  • - Provided electrical and instrumentation desing and support for Engineering projects.




• Delroy Bryon, BSc Mech Eng, MBA Operations Marketing & Sales

  Delroy Bryan has a Bachelor of Science Degree (Mechanical Engineering) and a MBA in general management and over 25 years of expertise in industry, Petroleum, Manufacturing, and Commerce.
  
  He has considerable experience in the areas of Project management, Operations management, Maintenance, Sales, Total Quality, and Water Treatment Consultancy.
